Bassetlaw District Council is committed to offering a high level of customer service and the Council is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic customer focused individual to join our Customer Services team in providing a high level of customer service to the general public. This post offers unique challenges and provide an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

Based at our Contact Centre on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop, the successful candidate will provide an efficient service to customers accessing our Golden Number service.  This role is responsible for delivering a high quality and effective response to all customer enquiries and will provide relevant administration support and data entry to ensure software systems are up to date.

Applicants must be committed to providing a high level of customer care and possess good communication skills.  You must be able to stay calm under pressure and deal with members of the public, Officers and Members in a courteous manner, as well as being a strong team member who is flexible to meet the demands placed upon the team.
