In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of tackling damp, mould, and disrepair issues—working within our Disrepair Team to ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. From inspecting properties and diagnosing problems to specifying works and overseeing their completion, you’ll be the driving force behind quality outcomes, excellent customer experiences, and lasting tenant satisfaction.
